About Us Think Forward Web Design was started by Joel Forman in Seattle, WA in 2005. We continue to build our portfolio of sites and applications. Joel Forman Joel has been developing web sites and applications since his early days at Western Washington University. He graduated at the top of my class with a degree in Management of Information Systems, with a certification in Web Site Management. Over the past years, he has worked in Web Applicaiton Development in both full-time and consulting roles. He has created numerous externally facing web sites, for both businesses and for his own personal endeavors.
